Are kids invited?
Unfortunately this venue is adults only and is not safe for kids (there are lots of cliffs!)
Are we providing shuttles?
Yes! We will be providing shuttle transportation from Jenner Inn and Fort Ross Lodge both Friday and Saturday. Seats are limited to the amount of guests staying at each hotel. If you plan to park and ride the shuttles, please make us aware so we can try to accommodate those needs. Our shuttle schedule will be posted on our Schedule page closer to the event date!
Will there be parking?
Yes! Timber Cove Resort has plenty of parking onsite.
What’s the dress code?
Our welcome BBQ is cocktail, and the wedding is black-tie optional. The Sonoma Coast sees a wide range of weather in June, and it could swing anywhere between 90°F to 50°F over the course of our wedding day. Please be mindful of our ever-changing weather and bring jackets and sweaters. The ceremony will be held on the grass, so please choose your shoes accordingly!
Will there be any events Friday or Sunday?
We will have a welcome BBQ on Friday night at Coast Kitchen, from 7-10pm, at the onsite restaurant at Timber Cove. Attire is cocktail. We will have grab-and-go brunch available from 9-11am at Timber Cove on Sunday. For Jenner Inn guests, there will be grab & go brunch for you too! You can find more details on these events on the “Schedule” page closer to the event date.
What’s the COVID policy?
We ask that all of our guests be vaccinated and up to date on boosters prior to the event.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes! Please refer to the “Travel & Stay” page for details regarding local lodging.
